1:1 & SEMI private pilates

At Rig, we offer Private 1:1 & Semi Private 1:2 - 1:3 Pilates Instruction. These sessions offer the most individual attention to your specific needs.  Session Programs are individualised, specific and tailored just for you & your goals. Privates are great for injury rehabilitation & prevention, clients with special conditions, or perhaps you want to take your Pilates practice to the next level and try some more advanced repertoire.

 

Our group classes

We offer a range of group classes, from Matwork to Equipment to Barre. Fascial stretch therapy improves the mobility of your nerves & the flexibility of your muscles and fascia by focusing on the fascial lines that connect through and wrap around muscle, nerves, organs, and just about everything else in your body. FST® is completely different than yoga, and Pilates. However, it is completely compatible with other methods of therapy and training.
