Using the Pilates Reformers, this class will give you a full body workout. We use exercise progressions, allowing options to adapt Pilates movements to meet our student’s preference, fitness level or physical limitations. You’ll feel muscles working while you become more familiar with the Pilates Method and apparatus. Exercises will be safe and simple, yet effective to challenge students appropriately from head to toe. This is a fun and supportive class to begin building Pilates strength and balance while improving flexibility and core muscles.
